Meet the Captain . . .

  I am captain Don Bannister.  I have been a charter boat captain for twenty years.  I charter out of Deltaville, Virginia.

I am located on Dock E and slip 6 at Norview Marina.  During the winter months I move my boat to the Virginia Beach Fishing Center.
